Saba Chimney Sweep Services provides professional chimney services in the Weston, Massachusetts area, including but not limited to:

• Chimney cleaning and sweeping
• Chimney inspection (Level 1 and Level 2)
• Chimney cap and crown repair
• Chimney liner installation and repair
• Fireplace cleaning and maintenance
• Creosote removal
• Chimney masonry repair
• Smoke and odor diagnosis

Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling, and technician availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Internal Dispatch System

Saba Chimney Sweep Services operates an internal dispatch and scheduling system to coordinate appointments and service delivery. By booking a service with us:

• You authorize us to use our scheduling system to manage your appointment
• You agree to receive communications regarding your appointment status
• You understand that appointment times are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances
• You acknowledge that job availability depends on technician schedules and service area coverage

4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

4.1 Types of SMS Messages

We send transactional and operational SMS messages only. These include:

• Appointment confirmation messages
• Appointment reminder notifications
• Technician en-route notifications
• Job status updates
• Service completion confirmations
• Responses to your inquiries

We do NOT send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS.

4.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service appointments and interactions with our company. You may receive multiple messages per appointment for confirmations, reminders, and updates.

4.3 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

4.4 Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time:

• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all future SMS communications
• Reply HELP to receive help information and contact details
• Call us at (781) 548-2181 to request removal
• Email us at support@sabachimney.com

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to receive our services; we will contact you via phone call or email instead.

4.5 Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network carrier and their policies.

4.6 Phone Number Privacy

5. Booking and Appointments

5.1 Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or through our online booking system. When booking, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information
• Provide accurate service location information
• Be available at the scheduled time or provide adequate notice for rescheduling

5.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice when possible

5.3 Access to Property

You agree to provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to the service area. This includes:

• Clear access to the chimney and fireplace
• Restraining pets during service

Service pricing is provided as estimates and may vary based on the actual work required. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. We accept various payment methods including credit cards and checks.

• Estimates are not final until inspection is complete
• Additional work discovered during service will be quoted before proceeding
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Saba Chimney Sweep Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for pre-existing conditions discovered during service
• We are not liable for damages caused by factors outside our control

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on certain services. Warranty terms vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of service. Warranties do not cover:

• Modifications made by others after our service
